For our fourth week of Kitchn Synch meals we got:
- Beef and Eggplant Stir Fry Over Ramen Noodles
- Garlic Bread Chicken Tenders with Dougie’s BBQ Sauce, Wheelie Pasta & Caesar Salad
- Chicken Paillard with Za’atar, Israeli Couscous with Golden Raisins and Almonds, & Fennel Salad
The EVOO for this week was smaller than the one for previous weeks, the canola was the same size as always.
The recipes for this week did not have the same quality as usual, they had green streaks, which usually means that the printer needs more ink. Also, the usual packing method for the recipes is to put them in between a folded sheet of tissue paper and secure them with tape. This is usually only mildly annoying when getting the recipes out and having to unstick the tape. This week, the tape used was very think, more like packing tape and as a result ripped one of the recipe pages.
