Chat…Take 2

intersting how the bad service through chat is not limited to libraries…………

As I said previously in my blog, chat can be a very useful tool when done well, but many times it is done as an afterthought, and therefore it is done poorly. Recently I wanted to contact a store about a purchase that I made online. I expected to call them, but when I saw the chat option, I decided to give it a try. Sadly, it was done even more poorly than the library chat that I spoke about before. I don’t know why this service is so difficult to be done correctly.
